FAQ > Product Division FAQs > I’m at the studio and cannot control the remote camera site.
Search the FAQ for entries containing:
1. Ensure the UCS-1000 Controller and the MXU-106 Modem Box are plugged in to a power source and that the communications cables are connected.
2. Ensure the data circuit/link in 100% working order.
3. Call the circuit provider to run a test on the circuit.
4. Do you have any reason to believe the TMS-3000 system has lost power or been disassembled/damaged at the remote site?
5. Power cycle the TMS-3000 system.
6. Please complete the above steps PRIOR to calling DSI for service.
